I would like to see this girl face charges! Four men were arrested for rape based solely on her report; they can never fully recover from allegations like that innocent or not. Maybe if the women that pull this stunt on men were punished it would happen less often.

When posting a comment there are a few small controls at the top of the dialogue box. From left to right they are bold, italic, quote, strike-through, etc..
Just copy and paste the line you want to quote into the dialogue box, highlight it and hit the "quote" button. It'll pull the line out into an indented, grayed-out quote like in your example.

I have a question, if you don't mind. Some of your comments show a copy of a comment that you are referring to, as in this example:forgive my cander but if religion and those ATHEISTs oh my even some atheists are pro life dear me are they religious nut cases too?
In this example, the text is inset in your response, and clearly shows that it is from another comment. I don't know how to do that and there is no tutorial on the MSNBC discussion site that I can find. How do you do this?
